Tender Procedures 2
To participate in a public tender, you must first register on our online portal, prepare your application according to the requirements specified in the tender notice, and submit your bid before the deadline. Make sure to provide all required documents and meet the eligibility criteria.

Bids are evaluated according to several criteria: technical compliance (40%), price (35%), financial capacity (15%), and experience (10%). Each criterion is detailed in the tender document. Evaluation is conducted by an independent technical committee.

Registration and Certification 2
The non-exclusion certificate is obtained online through our portal. You need to create an account, fill out the application form, attach required supporting documents (statutes, tax certificates, etc.), and pay processing fees. The certificate is issued within 5 business days.

To register, your company must be legally incorporated in Congo or in a country with a reciprocity agreement, have minimum capital according to your sector, be compliant with tax and social administrations, and have the necessary technical qualifications.

Complaints and Appeals 1
Complaints can be filed online through our portal, by registered mail, or in person at our offices. You must provide all evidence and respect appeal deadlines (generally 10 days after the contested decision). An acknowledgment of receipt will be provided.

General Questions 1
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Public reception is from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays. For emergencies, an on-call service is available.
