The Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) now has a suitable tool for anyone who would seek the services of any company for any need.
Nearly seventy five participants from local companies, institutions and local authorities took part from December 16th to December 20th, 2014, in the training workshop centered on the theme: the preparation and planning of public tender.
ARMP organized from November 17th to December 05th, 2014, an informative and training workshop at the premises of the members of CGMP, DEP and managers departmental appropriations under the theme: preparation and public planning procurement.
On May 12th and May 13th, 2014, the Dispute Resolution Committee (CRD), under the chairmanship of Mr. Roger Rigobert ANDELY and the members present, having heard the different parties, brought actions before this body.
Beginning in June 2013, the Regulatory Authority for Public Procurement has undertaken a series of public awareness activities for stakeholders working in public procurement on the introduction of certificates of non-exclusion from public contracts. This is in accordance with the Public Procurement Code, which sets out in Article 53 the conditions of eligibility for public contracts. The following natural or legal persons cannot bid for public contracts:
