Nearly seventy five participants from local companies, institutions and local authorities took part from December 16th to December 20th, 2014, in the training workshop centered on the theme: the preparation and planning of public tender.
Organized by the staff of the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency ( ARMP), the workshop was attended by members of the public procurement management units, directors of education planning and management of departmental appropriations. The training session helped to improve knowledge of seminarians for the award of public contracts that aims to guarantee the sanitation of the economic environment.
Topics such as: the general environment of the preparation of public procurement, the determination and analysis of the needs of public procurement and the development of the procurement plan were developed followed by exchanges as well as courteous and informative discussions. These lessons supported practical cases aimed towards the mastery of the determination process by the method of functional analysis of needs provided before any call for competition, consultation, direct agreement, the developer or delegated project owner is required to determine the exact nature and hearing needs. David Martin Obami, CEO of ARMP, reassured participants that other modules will take place in the future because this seminar is only a step stone.
